Kitchen visualisation — Unreal Engine 4

This was a project to learn how to create realistic looking baked lightning in Unreal.

Since it's realtime, I had to cheat to make some things work.

For example the marble wasn't as reflective as the ref/how I wanted it to look, even with a Clearcoat.

To fix this I've placed a scene capture cube in the marble where I wanted the reflection.
Then I could take that output and directly mix into my material.
My marble was too dark, so I've added a rectlight right in front of it to brighten things up a little.

The second thing I had to overcome was the reflection on the floor. The solution was a simple rectlight just above the floor
to give it a white shine that looked like a reflection, I have to thank my friend Maxime for this idea.

After my final assignments at school, I want to redo this with my new rtx card and see how far I can push it.

Most of the moddels and materials are downloaded.
The wooden floor is a substance designer material i've made.
